Create an Abstract Booklet

This article explains how you can export abstracts to Word.

The Word document can be customized with the fields you need.

  1. Go to Event Data > Submissions.

  2. Sort submissions by Title, Topic or any other field. The order in the booklet will be the same than in the table.

  3. You can also filter submissions if you only want to export a subset.

  4. Click on Action > Generate Booklet.

  5. Choose the fields you want to export.

  6. Click Generate booklet.

Author’s Index

The export includes an Author’s Index, which lists authors alphabetically by last name along with their associated abstract number(s).

You can choose to include:

  • All Authors

  • Presenters Only

Grouping

In the formatting step, you can choose how to group abstracts in the Word export. Grouping options include:

  • Any multiple choice field from your form (e.g. Presentation Type, Topic, etc.)

  • Sessions

  • Day

Sorting

You can also choose how to sort abstracts within each group. Sorting options include:

  • Submission Number

  • Submission Title

  • Presentation Time

  • Presenter's Last Name
