How to connect to a University bank account

This article explains how you can connect to your university's bank account through Fourwaves.

This is available with some partner Universities only. Contact sales@fourwaves.com for a new partnership or for more information on your university.

How to submit a connection request

  1. In your organizer panel go to Configuration -> Payments.
  2. Under Payment gateway, click Connect.
  3. Enter the Gateway code corresponding to the University's bank account.
  4. Fill any information asked and click Submit request.

This will send a notification to the finance department for review.

How to confirm the bank account is connected

Once the bank account connexion request is accepted, you receive a notification email. Also, you will see the Connected status. This means online payments can start for your event.
