Event Assistant

An AI-powered feature to help you polish your event and catch issues before your participants do.

What it does

The Event Assistant scans your event's settings, forms and website content, and provides a detailed report of potential issues and improvements, categorized by severity. This makes it easy to fine-tune your content, fix any problems, and deliver a better experience for your attendees.

Where to find it

You can access the tool from your Event Dashboard, under the Overview section.

  • Select "Scan event"

  • Select "View report"

What the report includes

Each verification will generate a list of findings grouped into three categories:

  • Critical issues – Elements that may negatively impact your event experience or participant understanding.

  • Warnings – Things that might cause confusion or inconsistencies.

  • Suggestions – Helpful recommendations to enhance clarity or usability.

Each issue will clearly indicate:

  1. The category it belongs to (for example, Submission form or Website content)

  2. A description of the problem

  3. The severity level

  4. A thumbs up/down button so you can give us feedback to improve the tool

You can also filter the report by severity or category to focus on what matters most.

Acting on a finding

Findings are suggestions. The assistant doesn't know your intentions, so you can ignore a finding about a choice you made on purpose, even a critical one.

  • You can't dismiss a finding. It stays in the report until the next scan.

  • Each scan checks your full event again, so an ignored finding can come back.

  • The thumbs up and down buttons only send us your feedback.

Field types in the report

The report can use other names for the field types:

For example:

  • "Use a checkbox" means a Multi select field with one option.

  • "Radio buttons" means a Single select field, such as Yes or No.

  • A File upload finding can mean that the description asks for a format, such as PDF, but Allowed file types is Any type. Set the format you expect, or ignore the finding.

See Managing fields: adding, editing, and deleting for what each field type does.

Verification limits

You can run the tool up to 5 times per day. The counter resets daily at midnight based on your event’s time zone.
