"Not registered" Flag in the Submission Table

This article will explain how the "Not registered" flag is determined.

Updated over 2 months ago

When a submission is flagged as "Not registered" in the Data → Submission table, it's important to understand how the system determines whether a submission falls under this status.

How It Works

  1. Primary Check: Presenters

    • The platform first checks the presenter(s) to determine registration status.

      • If one or more presenters are listed, the system checks if they are all registered to the event.

      • If any presenter is not registered, the submission is flagged as "Not Registered"

  2. Fallback: Submitter

    • If there is no presenter in the submission form, the system falls back to checking the submitter (the person who submitted the form).

    • If the submitter is not registered, the submission will be marked as "Not Registered".

Note: If your submission form includes both a presenter that is different than the submitter, only the presenter is considered for the "Not registered" filter.
