Associate orphan events to an organization

This article explains how you can associate events to an organization.

Since July 2024, all events must be associated with an organization. Starting from early 2025, all plans will be associated with an organization and it will be mandatory to associated events to your organization if you do not want to loose access.

Make sure to create an organization first.

Follow the steps below depending if you want to associate one or more events.

Associate just one event

  1. Click on an event with a missing organization.

  2. In the overview page of the organizer panel, click Edit.

  3. Select the organization to which you want to associate this event.

Bulk import events to your organization

  1. Navigate to your Organization from the user menu.

  2. Click on Manage events > Import Events.

  3. Select the events you want to import.

  4. Click Save.
