Customize email header and branding

Customize your emails with header image, a logo, and a footer text.

By customizing the appearance of your event emails to match your organization's brand, your emails look more professional in the recipient's inbox and increases chances they will be noticed.

Manage the email header banner

The header banner appears at the very top of your emails. You can enable, disable, or upload a custom image for this section.

  1. Go to Communication > Branding in your event dashboard.

  2. Toggle the Header Banner switch to turn the banner on or off.

  3. Click Upload Image to select a file from your computer.

An image ratio of 4:1 (width:height) is recommended with a minimum width height of 600 x 150px.

Customize the email logo

You can choose to add a logo or not in your emails. The logo can be displayed on top of the email content or in the footer. Here are the steps:

  1. Upload a logo first under Settings > General > Visual identity.

  2. Under Communication > Branding, choose the logo visiblity option: none (not displayed), top (just below the header image and above the email text) or bottom (in the email footer).

  3. Click on the logo to show the size slider to adjust the size of the logo.

Edit the email footer text

Customize the footer text to include contact information, hyperlinks, terms of service, or sponsorship details.

  1. Under Communication > Branding, scroll to the Footer section of the email.

  2. Click inside the text field to enter your custom footer text.

  3. Apply formatting using the rich text styling options:

    • Highlight text and select B to apply bold styling.

    • Highlight text and select I to apply italics.

    • Highlight text and select U to underline text.

  4. Insert links by highlighting your text, clicking the Link icon, and entering the destination URL.

Tip: To add a new line, press Shift + Enter on your keyboard. This will add a new line which has a smaller spacing than a paragraph (when you press Enter only).

Preview your email design

Check how your branding looks on different screen sizes before sending emails to attendees.

On the top-right side of the email editor, click the desktop or mobile icon to see a real-time preview of the email in different devices.
