Customize Your Home Page Header

The home page header is the first thing visitors see when they land on your event website. You have the flexibility to tailor this section to match your event’s look and feel.

Updated this week

Accessing the Header Settings

You can edit the header directly from your event dashboard:

  1. Go to Website Page -> Home.

  2. Click on Edit header to open the editing panel.

From there, you can adjust the layout, banner, text, and menu style.

Layout Options

You can choose from four different header layouts. Each layout changes how your banner image and text are displayed, so you can pick the look that best matches your event style.

Style Options

Within your chosen layout, you can further customize the appearance:

  • Banner height: Select small, medium, or large.

  • Content alignment: Choose the horizontal alignment of your text and buttons.

  • Overlay opacity: Use the slider to adjust transparency (percentage) for the overlay on your banner image.

  • Alt text description: Add a descriptive alt text to your image for accessibility.

You can also decide whether to add or remove a banner image. A banner is no longer required, you can have a clean, text-only header if you prefer.

Navigation Menu Style

The navigation menu at the top of your event website can be styled in:

  • Light mode

  • Dark mode

This ensures your navigation remains clear and accessible depending on your banner and header design.

Note: The navigation bar is a global block. If you change its style, it will update across all pages of your event website.
