You can enable the virtual platform banner. The banner will automatically appear on your event website during your event, allowing participants to access the virtual platform immediately.

Note: the virtual platform is available with the Pro plan.

To activate the banner, follow these steps:

Scroll down to the Location section, enable Display the virtual platform banner, and click Save changes.

1. Sign in and open your event.
2. Go to Settings &gt; General.
3. Scroll down to the Location section, enable Display the virtual platform banner, and click Save changes.
