Adding other organizers to your event

This articles shows how you can add other organizers that will have access to your organizer panel.

Adding a new committee member

You can be multiple organizers that have access to your organizer panel. You can control who has access through Configuration -> Committee.

Enter your colleague's email address and choose between 2 roles:

  • Organizer: this is the full access role which gives permission to view and edit everything.
  • Chair: this role gives only permission to the view and edit the submissions, the reviews and all their related features (emailing authors, emailing reviewers, changing the decisions, exporting the data and generating the booklet).

The new organizer will receive an invitation email with a link to access the organizer panel.

See if their Fourwaves account is activated

You can see if their Fourwaves account is activated or not.

  • Green circle: they received the email and have set the password to their account.
  • Grey circle: their account is not yet activated.

Change a user role

You can change a user's role at any time by using the dropdown menu next to the member's name.

Removing access

You can completely remove access to a user by clicking the Remove button.
