Head to your organizer panel and from there go to Event Data ­> Submissions.

From there, you can click on Actions and Export Submission Files.

An email with a link to the files will be sent to your inbox. The link will expire after 7 days.

By default, files are grouped into a folder, one for each submission and containing all the files for this submission.

You can toggle the Group Submissions by Session if you want to group them into session-specific folders.

If your export file size is above 500 Mb, you will need to wait 1h before you can run another file export. Otherwise, you can export your files anytime.
