Customize registrations

This article summarizes how to customize registrations.

Go to Website pages > Registration to access the registration form.

Edit the registration form

You can add any field you like to your form to collect all the necessary information from participants. See the form management section for more information.

Edit the registration period

  1. In the organizer panel, go to Website Pages > Registration.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Set the registration period's start and end dates.

In the example below the registration period will start on Dec 18th 2023 and end on June 1st 2024.

Set the maximum number of participants

  1. In the organizer panel, go to Website Pages > Registration.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Toggle on Set maximum number of participants.

  4. Specify the maximum number of registrations.

In the example below there will be a maximum of 500 registrations.

Set the participant profile visibility.

If you want, you can pick if a participant profile will be displayed or not once registered.

  1. In the organizer panel, go to Event Data >Registrations.

  2. Under the Public Profile column, click on the pen icon to edit your preference.
