You can change the email address of your Fourwaves account yourself. The change applies after you click a confirmation link.
Change your email address
Log in to your Fourwaves account.
From the top right user menu, click My account.
On the Profile tab, enter your new address in the Email field.
Click Save changes. The message Please confirm your email by clicking on the link sent to you. appears.
Open the Email change email. Fourwaves sends it to your current address, not to your new address.
Click Change my email.
Until you click the link, your account keeps your current address. The link is valid for 30 days. After you click it, sign in with your new address.
Note: If you can't open the mailbox of your current address, you can't receive the link. Contact us at support@fourwaves.com.
The new address is already used
If another Fourwaves account already uses the new address, Fourwaves doesn't change your email and sends no link. This is also true if that account isn't activated yet.
In this case, you have two Fourwaves accounts:
To use the other account, sign in with the new address. If you don't know its password, reset your password.
To keep only one account, contact us at support@fourwaves.com with both email addresses. Refer to I have two accounts.
