You can view your plan details in the Fourwaves Organization Dashboard. This is where you can identify your tier any pending invoices, cost breakdown, renewal date, costs, and more.
Access your plan management page
Sign in and go to your organization dashboard.
Navigate to Plan & Billing > Plan.
Under Plan Summary, you can find all the details of your plan, including:
Invoice(s) Due: A list of all outstanding invoices that need to be paid.
Plan Cost: The total yearly cost of your plan.
Term Length: The duration of your plan, including the start and end dates.
Next Plan (Renewal): The start and end dates of your upcoming renewal.
Next Invoice: The date you will receive your next invoice if you have a multi-year term.
Active Events: The current number of active events in your organization and your plan's event limit.
Included in Your Plan: The features available in your selected tier.
Add-ons: A list of available add-ons and the ones you have purchased.
