Pay invoices

In this article, you will learn how to pay your organization's invoices.

If you selected a multi-year term, you will receive an invoice automatically each year and be prompted to pay it through the platform. Follow these steps to pay your invoices:


Pay Invoice by credit card

  1. Sign in and go to your organization dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Plan & Billing > Plan.

  3. Click on your invoice under invoice(s) due.

  4. On the top right of the screen, click "Pay Now".

Note:

  • When your Invoice is ready, you will receive an email and will be alerted in the organization dashboard.

  • If your invoice is overdue you will receive an email and will be alerted in the organization dashboard.

  • If the payment is not made within 60 days, your plan will be downgraded to the free tier and you will loose all your benefits.

Pay Invoice by Invoicing

This option is only available for verified organizations.

  1. Sign in and go to your organization dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Plan & Billing > Plan.

  3. Click on your invoice under invoice(s) due.

  4. On the top right of the screen click "Pay now".

  5. Select Invoicing then click "Pay now".


Switch payment method

  1. Sign in and go to your organization dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Plan & Billing > Billing History.

  3. Click on the Invoice number.

  4. On the invoice, click "Edit" next to the payment method.

  5. Select one of the payment method and click "Update payment".
