Viewing the date and time of your presentation

This article explains how to verify the date and time of your presentation.

  1. Log in to Fourwaves using the email used on the submission form.

  2. Click on your profile picture and select the Participant role

  3. Go to the Submissions tab. You will see the time(s) you're presenting on the Presenting on column.

  4. Sometimes, a submission may have more than one presentation time. Click on the submission to view all scheduled times, which will appear in the Program section on the right.

Note: Presentation times only appear if the event's Program page isn't hidden on the event website. If you don't see yours, contact the event organizers.
