Add Reviewer

This article explains how to add reviewers to your event.

Adding reviewers is required if you want to assign submissions to reviewers.

Steps to add reviewers

  1. Go to Configuration > Reviews > Reviewing Committee.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter the email address(es) of the reviewers and click Add.

The new reviewer will receive an invitation email with a link to access their assigned reviews.

Additional Information

  • There is no restriction on the number of reviewers that can be added.

  • You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks.

  • A reviewer’s role can be modified or deleted at any time.

Track Assignment (if using Tracks feature)

If your event uses the Tracks feature, you can specify the track for each reviewer when adding them. This ensures that Track Chairs can only assign submissions to reviewers within their own track.

This helps maintain organization and prevents cross-assignment between tracks, making it easier to manage large events with multiple thematic areas.
