To An Internal Payment Gateway

An internal gateway is a payment gateway that is connected to the event's organization.

  1. From the event dashboard, go to Settings > Payments and select the payment gateway from the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the correct currency.

  3. If you are an Organization Admin, click Connect. Otherwise (if you have the Event Organizer role), click Send Request. An administrator must then approve the connection.

In the final step, you may be required to fill out a form with specific information.

Linking To An External Gateway

An external gateway is a gateway that is connected to a different organization than the one the event belongs to.

For example, the finance department of some universities may have their own organization with their payment gateways and allow members to link their events.

How to link:

  1. Under Configuration > Payments, click Enter a gateway code.

  2. Enter the code of the Payment Gateway.

  3. You may be asked to fill out a form. Your request must then be approved by an administrator of the organization to which the payment gateway is connected.
