Event organizers are not hosts of their Zoom meetings of their event. They need to claim the host role when they join the Zoom embed the first time.
Hosts have additional permissions and can for example:
Mute/Unmute participants
Change meeting settings
Give Co-Host role to other participants so they can share their screen.
Remove a participants
Make yourself host of the meeting
When you join the Zoom embed on Fourwaves, you first need to claim yourself as the host of the meeting.
Note: The Claim Host option is only visible if no one else claimed the host role.
Login to the Zoom profile that created the Zoom meeting.
Go to Profile. You'll see the Host Key under the Meeting section.
In the Zoom embed on Fourwaves, click the Participants button at the bottom of the Zoom embed to open the participant list. Then click on Claim Host.
Enter your host key and click Claim Host.
You are now the host of the meeting.
