What it does
The Fourwaves Assistant Tool scans your event website and provides a detailed report of potential issues and improvements, categorized by severity. This makes it easy to fine-tune your content, fix any problems, and deliver a better experience for your attendees.
Where to find it
You can access the tool from your Event Dashboard, under the Overview section.
Click Open Assistant
Select "Run Check"
What the report includes
Each verification will generate a list of findings grouped into three categories:
Critical issues – Elements that may negatively impact your event experience or participant understanding.
Warnings – Things that might cause confusion or inconsistencies.
Suggestions – Helpful recommendations to enhance clarity or usability.
Each issue will clearly indicate:
The page it was found on
A description of the problem
The severity level
A thumbs up/down button so you can give us feedback to improve the tool
You can also filter the report by severity or category to focus on what matters most.
Verification limits
You can run the tool up to 5 times per day. The counter resets daily at midnight based on your event’s time zone.
