This article explains how to give browser permission to your microphone and camera to Fourwaves.

You might see the message below if your browser doesn't allow live.fourwaves.com to access your camera or microphone.

You might see this message if your browser doesn't allow to access your camera or microphone.

The sections below explain how to fix this for different browsers.

Chrome

  1. Click the icon in the address bar.

  2. Choose Always allows access.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Refresh the page or if it still doesn't work restart your browser.

If this doesn't work, you might need to go in your browser settings:

  1. Go to Chrome > Settings > Confidentiality and Security or go to chrome://settings/privacy in the address bar.

  2. Choose Camera or Microphone.

  3. Search for live.fourwaves.com and click on the triangle icon.

  4. Choose Authorize in the dropdown menu for the Camera and Microphone.

Safari

  1. When you're on the event website (that starts with live.fourwaves.com), click Safari > Settings for This Website.

Firefox

  1. Click the icon in the address bar.

  2. Click the X next to Blocked temporarily.

  3. Refresh the page or if it still doesn't work restart your browser.
