This article introduces the Fourwaves organizer panel and its main sections.
The organizer panel is where you can edit your event website, forms and access its data.
How to access
From your event website hover your user menu and click Organizer Panel.
From your list of events, click Edit.
Welcome to your dashboard
The default page is the Dashboard which gives you statistics and general information on your event:
- Number of participants and registration deadlines.
- Number of submissions and submission deadlines.
- Payments received and number of transactions.
- Statistics on your virtual event.
Go back to your event website
Click this icon to view your event website.
Top menu
The top menu is divided in 4 sections:
- The main menu to access the different sections of the organizer panel.
- The link to view the event website or switch to another language.
- The menu to unlock, publish or clone your event.
- You user menu to access your account and your events.
Organizer panel sections
From the main menu you can access 3 different sections:
Configuration
This section allow you to edit general options for your event:
- General. The name of your event, the website address, dates, location and more.
- Theme and colors. To edit the event website template, banner and menu colors.
- Committee. Where you can add other organizers that will have access to the organizer panel.
- Payments. To connect a bank account and change the currency among others.
- Sponsors. Where you can add sponsor logos and their information.
Website pages
Where you can edit the website pages and forms (registration and submission). There are default pages but you can also add custom pages:
- Home. The home page of your event.
- Registration. The registration form.
- Submission. The submission form.
- Participants. The list of participants.
- Abstracts. The list of abstracts.
- Schedule. The schedule of your event.
Data
This section shows the different types of data:
- Participants. Everyone who has submitted the registration form.
- Submissions. All submissions sent through the submission form.
- Transactions. All payments.
- Reviews. All reviews from the reviewing committee.
